Gelgoog or Gundam RX-78? They're two different types, the gelgoog has good defense so I would go with a defense build for it. 2 comments. But if you want a BR blue, Gelgoog S is the king currently.Personally, I'd pick Gundam over Gelgoog S not because it's better but the fact is that Gundam is way more flexible.
The Gundam Hammer, and Super Napalm are also good too, but if you want to stay at range, and knock 1/3rd to half an assault's HP off with a charged rifle shot, Gelgoog S is the one, and still a capable bazooka ms. If you want an EFF MS that can BR decently, and is a bit harder to hit, and feels natural compared to every other EFF MS, then you cant go wrong with Gundam. So I say the ground gelgoog! Why don't you just get both? Kakarot197 Recommended for you
I have the lvl beam rifle for it but I also have the level 3 blade for the Gelgoog. This means you can never follow up with a normal shot after a charged shot. KARMA MFKERI've been having an amazing time with the blue destiny, was something nerfed about the leg damage with it? I really wanted to like the gelgoog because i like my zeon boiz, but it has the worst, most inconsistent downswing in the whole game and the mobile suit itself just takes up a lot of space on the screen so it's harder to see. It's just that it's harder to use due to its large size making it easier for the enemy to hit.Even if you compare them strictly as a BR suit, the Gelgoog still lacks the flexibility the Gundam has. pls dont use the mmp80 with the ground type Gelgoog.......150m range means you have to fight up close and you'll be dead before you do any damage.
save hide report. I went ahead and started the GT since I don't have any other zeon support units at the moment. Im torn between these two and cant decide can yall list some of the pros/cons between the two for me so I can make a more informed decision? One thing that's changed from the first game is that the rate of fire on its BR is now twice as slow as EFF counterparts (4s instead of 2s). So if you only care about functionality I'd say get the rx78.I made a comparison the other day, but the Gelgoog on paper, is the superior MS, but its also less flexible. So this is the Gelgoog Jäger I got not too long ago. For Gundam: Renpou vs. Zeon DX on the Arcade Games, Char Gelgoog by Kami Kaze no Kami. OPTION 3 however, wait until Thursday, sit on your DP, and then decide, since something new will be in the DP shop lat wednesday night.Arguably, Gelgoog is the better of the two when it comes to a "pure" BR build, whereas the Gundam is the better bluezooka suit. It has more weapon options that the Gelgoog lacks. Even though the ground type has good defense for a support unit I would not advise trying to use a support unit like a general purpose, you can still get taken out in 3 hits by a strong enough melee unit.
Gundam is the more flexible MS though, and its Bazooka game is on point, with the same animation and frame size, as any other EFF bazooka MS, and more ammo than the Gelgoog's higher damage option. See more ideas about Gundam, Gundam model, Mobile suit.

While normally this will always overheat the BR, there are times when it's worth overheating if it means getting a kill. That being said, Gelgoog S with BR can be quite potent in space maps. Thanks for all the info folks. I agree, the MMP-80, which only has a range of 150m compared to the 600m (700m if charged) range of the MS-14G's sniper beam rifle, is not a good weapon for a support type, unless it is a last resort against approaching enemies.
