I wish she was moving up every year with my sweet little boy, but alas, I have to leave her for the future kindergartners to love! I am really trying to grow my party to include lots of creative projects just like this one. What a treat for me!!! With a husband who grew up loving Star Wars and now a little one who seems to be following in his footsteps, I know that I will be planning a Star Wars party at some point down the road! My little boy is a Star Wars enthusiast so I’ll be saving this for a future party. How cute! Thank you so much for sharing! We are also doing Star Wars Lego Party – instead of reinventing the wheel do you still have your food label files that you could email to me or link somehow to here??? It is SUCH a lovely color, and I have to say it tasted pretty darn good.
I have a few in que for Friday flashback for the parties i threw BEFORE I started blogging. MY birthday (that is if the baby doesn’t come early)…Oh my GOSH! I am thinking about starting up again though. But I’ll check it out!Love the whole party! So the pictures are all full of bright red reflections from the tablecloth, and shadows and bright lights. I finally found some lego star wars images, but I can’t seem to make them look right. Then using a knife I shaped the dome on top and around the windows and stuff… And the secret to getting the fondant to curve around easily is to use high quality fondant (not wilton) I love and use Satin Ice fondant.
This is fantastic!
Tableware, decorations, balloons, favours and cake toppers all in stock with fast despatch on all orders! I saw the link on Pinterest and am seriously amazed at all the work you put into the party! My boys would love to have a party like this! Not quite as good…I love it all! ... LEGO Star Wars. Bummer, because he would’ve loved it.Amazing party, and so creative. $29.99 $ 29. Thank you!I’m sorry I moved the labels, they are in a post now Even though your post is a few years old, these are still some great ideas. Because our children attend a charter school (for kids on the autistic spectrum) over 20 mins away we’ve had bad luck getting guests to show up to our house for parties. I’m so glad you liked them!Wow! I’ll send the link of the post as soon as I’ll publish it. Any tips you might have for the banner would be appreciated. I love the water bottles too, quick and easy too! LEGO Disney Princess. I know that as they get older it will probably end, but I sure love it while I can! Girl parties are pretty darn fun! Did you use a circlular cake pan for the main part? My grandson wants this cake for his birthday this weekend. I just ordered the paper from Amazon Hi , I love your Star Wars party ! Thanks for giving me so many awesome ideas for his upcoming birthday in August!I LOVE your party, and am trying to organize the same for my son who’s turning 5 in August. With 3 boys (or soon to be three) I’m sure I have many Star Wars parties in my future! I’ve been trying to find another brand that’s cheaper to use, but like you haven’t read good enough reviews to risk it!Awww! It was May and the weather was still nice, not hot, not cold, just right for drinking!Could you explain how you made the legos on the cake look so real?
So many people ask me for them and complain when I don’t send them with images!I totally love all your ideas. thanks so much Kara!
I love that she was right there playing light sabers with the boys the whole party. He’s already going on and on about all the party ideas for his next party, Lego batman…This month on my Facebook page I have a free download of my Star Wars Food Labels for anyone who “likes” my fan page!
Did you get the labels from my FB page as well?I love your ideas! It was SUCH a fun party to throw! I’m the worst at computer graphics.
