I had this on vhs for the longest time and while watching Christmas specials this year I decided to see if it hit dvd yet....Well as you can see it did and bought it. The Genie tells Winterbolt to have his snow dragons create a blizzard next Christmas to trap Santa and destroy him, so that Winterbolt can take his place and conquer the world.
